These terms govern your use of the Vibecode Vegas website, event check-in system, digital tickets, communications, and related services. By using the service or attending an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your login provider secure. Do not impersonate another person or create fraudulent registrations, check-ins, or tickets.

Event schedules, venues, speakers, capacity, benefits, and programming may change. We may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary. Admission may be limited by capacity, venue rules, safety requirements, age restrictions, or separate terms disclosed for a particular event.

Digital tickets and codes are issued to the registered attendee for the identified event. They may be limited to one per person, may not be duplicated or altered, and may be voided for misuse. Discounts, prizes, or other benefits are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiration and may be redeemed only as allowed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets and promotional benefits have no cash value.

Treat attendees, organizers, venue staff, and their property with respect. Harassment, threats, unlawful conduct, dangerous behavior, disruption, spam, unauthorized promotion, and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited. We may deny access or remove a participant when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or community well-being.

You retain ownership of content you submit. If you voluntarily provide content for publication, you grant Vibecode Vegas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide and promote the service, subject to any separate agreement.

The service, branding, design, software, and original materials are owned by Vibecode Vegas or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit it except as permitted by law or written permission.

The service may link to or rely on third parties, including authentication providers, event platforms, venues, and email providers. Their services and terms are separate from ours, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and events are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular event outcomes, business results, or the accuracy of attendee-provided or third-party information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibecode Vegas and its organizers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the service or an event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. We may suspend or end access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
